腹膜透析患者内皮细胞功能异常对腹膜转运特性的影响

摘要 腹膜透析患者的临床预后与腹膜转运特性密切相关,高转运的腹透患者存活时间短,病死率高.腹膜溶质和水的转运主要在腹膜微血管内血液和腹腔内腹透液之间进行,故腹膜微血管内皮细胞功能异常很可能会影响腹膜的转运特性.本文选择了四项反映血管内皮细胞功能异常的生物学指标:血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、内皮源性一氧化氮合酶(eNOS),血管内皮粘附蛋白(VE-Cadherin)及血管细胞粘附分子1(VCAM-1),对其近年来在腹膜转运特性领域的研究作一综述.
