摘要 以单晶炉生长体系中的手操器为设计研究对象展开对同类手持设备的研究,以加强产品设计中的人机学应用。以造型的宜用性和用户需求为切入点,结合人机工程学原理对手掌结构、产品关键尺寸、外观形态、色彩使用等进行分析,提出了具体有效的手操器设计原则。通过基于人机工程的设计达到操作舒适、识别简单、使用安全等宜人性的目的。经过用户评价反映基于人机学的设计对原产品的不良因素实现了改良,效果良好。 This paper deals with the hand controller used in single crystal furnace, the aim is to research on ergo- nomics application of same kind of hand-held devices. The agreeableness of the product and customer need is the prime considerations. Palm structure, some key sizes, appearance design, color design are analyzed based on ergo- nomics theory. Specific and effective design principles for hand-held device are put forward and applied on design. The aim is comfortable operation, simple recognition and safe use. Customer evaluation shows that the design based on ergonomics modifies the bad factors of the original product and obtains a good result.
