摘要 为了获取合理的评价方法作为分动器设计方案评价的目标,以某种智能四驱车分动器的3种设计方案为例,简述了多因子模糊综合评价方法的基本原理及多因子模糊综合评价方法模型的构建步骤,根据汽车越野性能和行驶性能的要求,在保证分动器性能及性能稳定性、零部件强度和刚度可靠性的条件下,以分动器齿轮体积、原地起步加速时间,最高车速为评价因子建立分动器多目标评价函数,然后应用多因子模糊综合评价方法进行了评价。实例评价结果表明:采用多因子模糊综合评价方法可以对多种类型的分动器进行合理有效的评价。 In order to obtain a reasonable evaluation method as design scheme evaluation goal of transfer case, three Time-sharing 4WD Vehicle transfer cases are selected as examples to describe the basic principle and establish model construction steps of multiple-factor fuzzy evaluation method. According to the cross-country capability and fide-ability requirements of cars, in conditions of ensuring performance and performance stability, parts intensity and rigidity relia- bility of transfer case, multiple-objective evaluation function of transfer case is established based on the factors of gear volume, in-situ started acceleration time and max speed under time-sharing 4WD conditions; and then the fuzzy evalua- tion method of multiple-factor is applied to evaluate these design proposals. Evaluation results show that the application of fuzzy evaluation method of multiple-factor can make a reasonable effective evaluation.
