中国尽早加入TPP利大于弊

China Joining TPP: the Sooner the Better

TPP本质上是一个升级版的自贸组织,不是专门遏制中国的工具。加入TPP可能会对中国经济带来冲击,但我们完全有能力应对。TPP与国内政策取向有一定的同向性,尽早加入既有利于开放也能促改革。因此,对于TPP,我国加入比不加入好,早加入比晚加入好。当然,对其带来的负面影响,同样需要有效防范。

TPP is essentially an upgrade free trade organization, not a tool for suppressing China. There will be a shock when we join TPP but we can totally handle it. TPP and domestic policies are at the same direction, joining earlier is good for both open and reform. Therefore, to TPP, it＇ s better to join, and join earlier. However, we should prepare for the negative effects too.
