摘要
铁道车辆转向架构架侧滚载荷普遍根据UIC 615—4—2003、UIC 515—4—1993、EN 13749—2005等标准取推荐用于欧洲线路的侧滚系数α值进行计算,然而,侧滚系数α与曲线通过工况、车辆参数、二系悬挂弹簧结构及控制方式密切相关。文章通过理论分析,讨论了各种因素对侧滚系数α的影响,为转向架构架疲劳设计验证用侧滚载荷计算提供了依据。
The rolling load on rolling stock bogie frames is commonly calculated with the roll coefficientαvalue,taken on the basis of such standards as UIC 615-4-2003,UIC 515-4-1993 and EN 13749-2005,and recommended for European route.However,the roll coefficientαvalue relates tightly with the curve negotiation conditions,vehicle parameters,secondary suspension spring structure and the control mode.Through theoretical analysis,the effects of various factors on the roll coefficientαvalue are discussed,providing basis for the rolling load calculation for the fatigue design verification of bogie frames.
