摘要
分析了轴承零件磨削裂纹产生的原因可能是磨削工艺不当、钢材的原始组织缺陷以及热处理不规范等因素,同时提出了防止磨削裂纹的有效措施。
It is analyzed that the causes to grinding crack in bearings parts maybe such factors as improper grinding technology,defects in the original structure of steel and heat treatment not being up to standard.In the mean time,effective measures to prevent grinding cracks are given out.
