摘要
针对染色行业筒子纱离心脱水的效率及连续性生产问题,设计并实现了一种双吊篮连续式筒子纱脱水机。该脱水机通过改进筒子纱离心脱水主要核心部件:脱水机的内胆、纱杆与滑块等部件,与传统脱水机相比具有脱水效率高、变形量小和工人劳动强度低的优点;结合现代自动化控制技术,该脱水机增加了PLC控制与变频器驱动,具有脱水时间短、高速脱水、柔性加减速和易操作的优点。该脱水机已经应用在筒子纱染色行业,具有良好的应用前景。
According to dyeing industry cheese centrifugal dewatering efficiency and continuous production problems, it designed and implemented a two-basket continuous cheese dehydrator. At present, the dewatering machine has been applied in the cheese dyeing industry, has a good application prospect.
