摘要
阐述了鞍钢高炉炉缸砌筑结构及目前侵蚀状况,认为炉缸冷却水量不足,碱金属及锌富集破坏炉衬,冷却壁有效比表面积不足,填充层气隙过高等,是影响鞍钢高炉长寿的问题。通过建立长寿管理制度,加强监控,来综合判断炉缸侵蚀变化趋势,并相应采取了降低高炉冶炼强度、钛矿护炉、加装管道泵、风口喂钛线及强制堵风口等措施控制环炭温度,实现高炉长寿生产。
The paper set forth hearth structure and current erosion situation in Aasteel's blast furnaces, points out long cam paign of blast furnace is affected by following reasons: insufficient cooling water for furnace hearth, furnace lining damage due to basic metal and zinc enrichment, less useful specific surface area of cooling stave and higher air gap packing layer. By formulating long campaign management system and enhancing monitoring, the hearth erosion variation gets comprehensively judged. The measures of rudueing the smelting intensity, protecting furnace via titanium bearing, increasing pipeline and pumps, feeding titanium wire to tuyere and forced tuyere blocking are effective in controlling hearthwa11 carbon block temperature and realizing long campaign production.
