煤炭行业环境友好矿区评价指标体系构建及应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文提出了环境友好矿区的概念,构建了“驱动力-行为-绩效”三个环节43个指标的环境友好矿区三级评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,得出驱动力、行为、绩效的权重分别为0.4443、0.2872、0.2685。以兖州矿区某矿的2009-2012年数据为例,进行环境友好矿区评价,结果显示该矿在环境友好矿区建设方面总体呈现持续发展的态势,但还存在资源综合利用水平不高、循环经济产业链不完善,煤炭贮装运系统有待进一步改进等问题,针对上述问题,本文提出了相应对策建议。 This paper presents the concept of environment-friendly coal mining,constructs coal mining area environment-friendly evaluation index system, which includs the 43 indicators coming from "Driving force-Behavior-Performance". By using AHP method to determine the weight of every index, it was drawn that the weights of driving force, behavior, performance were respectively 0. 4443,0. 2872,0. 2685. The 2009 to 2012 data from a certain mine in Yanzhou mining was taken as an example to evaluate its environment- friendly level, and the evaluation results show that environment-friendly construction of the coal mining had a sustainable development trend overall, but some problems were existed such as low-level resource utilization,imperfect circular economy industrial chain, coal storage and transportation system to be further improved and other issues. According to the above problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
