摘要
总结讨论了目前国内外用于HPF脱硫废液处理的技术,讨论分析表明:HPF脱硫废液处理技术主要可分为盐提取处理技术和盐分解处理技术两大类,在介绍各种技术的基础上分析了其各自的优缺点;同时,介绍了课题组开发的一种资源化处理脱硫废液的新技术,该技术操作过程简单,条件容易控制,在使处理后废水满足生化处理入水口要求的同时得到工业优等的硫氰酸铵产品。
The HPF desulfurization waste liquid (DWL) treatment technology in China and abroad are summarized and discussed.The discussion on the analysis shows that:HPF desulfurization waste liquid treatment technology can mainly be divided into two categories:salt extraction treatment technology and salt decomposition treatment technology.Based on the introduction of these technologies,their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed individually.Furthermore,a new resource treatment technology of DWL is also introduced.The technical procedure is simple and conditions easy to be controlled.The treated wastewater can meet the requirements of biochemical processing inlet water,obtaining excellent industrial products of ammonium thiocyanate,as well.
