聚焦解决模式在精神分裂症患者随访中的应用

Application of Solution Focused Approach in Follow ing up Schizophrenic Patients

目的探讨应用聚焦解决模式随访管理精神分裂症患者意义及近期效果。方法选取100例康复期精神分裂症患者,按住院号分为研究组和对照组各50例,对照组进行常规模式随访管理,研究组在此基础上应用聚焦解决模式随访管理。分别在两组出院12个月、24个月时用康复状态量表(MRSS)评估并比较复发例数。结果两组患者在出院12个月、24个月时康复状态量表(MRSS)总评分比较差异均有显著性(t=3.27,9.53;P<0.05)。复发例数:出院12个月、24个月时研究组为2例(3.64%)和8例(12.73%),对照组为8例(11.53%)和18例(26.92%),两组比较差异有显著性(χ2=4.00,5.20;P<0.05)。结论应用聚焦解决模式随访管理能够延缓精神分裂症患者社会功能的衰退,提高患者的服药依从性,巩固疗效,减少复发。

Objective To explore the meaning and short term effect of solution focused approach in following up schizophrenic patients. Methods Selecting 100 patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation period ,according to the number of hospitalized, were divided into study group and control group with 50 cases in each group ,the control group took routine follow-up management ,re- search group added solution focused follow--up management mode on the basis of routine follow--up management. MRSS was used to assess two groups in12 months and 24 months after the discharge,and we compared the number of recurrence. Results There were significant differences in MRSS between two groups in 12 months,24 months after the discharge （t= 3. 27,9.53;P〈0. 05）. The number of cases of recurrence ： 12 months at discharge adn 24 month, study group was 2 cases （-3.64 % ） and 8 cases （12.73 % ）, 8 cases of the control group （11.530% ） and 18 cases （26.92 % ）,there were significant differences between two groups （χ2= 4.00, 5.20;P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of solution focused approach follow-up management can delay the social function of pa- tients with schizophrenia,improve compliance,consolidate the curative effect ,and reduce the recurrence.
