阿立哌唑对首发精神分裂症患者疗效与社会功能的影响

Effect of Aripiprazole on Efficacy and Social Function of First-episode Schizophrenia Patients

目的比较阿立哌唑与利培酮对首发精神分裂症患者疗效和社会功能的影响。方法将88例患者随机分为阿立哌唑组(43例)和利培酮组(45例),分别给予单药治疗。于入组时和治疗1、2、4、8周末采用阴性与阳性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)评定安全性,并于第4、8周末采用个人和社会功能量表(PSP)评定患者的社会功能。结果治疗第8周末,两组PANSS评分总分及分量表分较治疗前均有明显下降,PSP总分显著高于治疗前,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较,治疗第8周末时,两组PANSS总分及分量表分差异无统计学意义,PSP总分阿立哌唑组优于利培酮组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应,阿立哌唑组不良反应轻微,尤其是体质量与催乳素方面,明显优于利培酮组。结论阿立哌唑治疗首发精神分裂症患者疗效与利培酮相当,耐受性及改善社会功能方面优于利培酮。

Objective To compare the effect of aripiprazole and risperidone on efficacy and social function in patients with first- episode schizophrenia. Methods A total of 88 patients were randomly divided into aripiprazole group（43 cases） and risperidone group （45 cases） ,which were given single-drug therapy,respectively. PANSS（Positive and negative symptoms scale） was used to assess the efficacy at grouping time,week 1,2,4,and 8 after the treatment,and TESS（Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale） to assess side effects. And PSP（Personal and social functioning scale）was used to assess patients＇ social function at week 4 and 8. Re- suits At the end of the 8th week after the treatment,the total score and the subscale score in PANSS in both groups were signifi- cantly lower during the treatment than before;PSP total score was significantly higher during the treatment than before. The dif- ferences during and before the treatment were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Between the two groups,at the end of 8th treat ment,the differences in PANSS total score and subscale score were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）;PSP total score was sig- nificantly better in aripiprazole group than risperidone group （P〈0..05）. No serious adverse reactions were found in the two groups. Aripiprazole group was milder than risperidone group regarding adverse reactions,especially in body mass and prolactin. Conclusion Aripiprazole in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia patients is equal to risperidone in efficacy,and better in tolerance and social function improvement.
