盐酸舍曲林片治疗42例创伤后抑郁症的疗效观察

Efficacy of Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets in the Treatment of 42 Cases of Post-traumatic Depression

目的探讨盐酸舍曲林片治疗创伤后抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2010年1月—2012年12月我院收治的84例创伤后抑郁症患者,将84例患者随机分成两组,各42例,对照组给予口服盐酸氟西汀分散片20mg治疗,1次/天,治疗组给予口服盐酸舍曲林片50mg治疗,1次/天,疗程为8周,根据患者的疗效及对药物的耐受程度来调整药物的剂量,盐酸氟西汀分散片最大剂量每天不超过40mg,盐酸舍曲林片最大剂量每天不超过100mg,分别于治疗前和治疗1、2、4、6、8周后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)来评定临床疗效,采用不良反应量表(TESS)来评定不良反应。结果对照组有效率为88.10%,治疗组有效率为90.48%,两组差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.38,P>0.05);治疗组除治疗1周后HAMD评分显著低于对照组(t=2.8,P<0.05),在其它时间段两组差异无统计学意义(t=0.3,0.5,0.2,0.6,0.4;P>0.05);两组患者不良反应差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.46,P<0.05)。结论盐酸舍曲林片治疗创伤后抑郁症有较好的疗效,其用药方便,起效快,不良反应少,安全性高,能够在临床上推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of sertraline hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of post- traumatic depression. Methods A total of 84 patients with post-traumatic depression who admitted to our hospital from January 2Q12 to December 2012 were randomly divided into two groups,each group had 42 patients, the control group were given oral 20mg fluoxetine hydrochloride, 1 / d,the treatment group was given 50mg oral sertraline hydrochloride tablets,1 time / d,treatment for eight weeks,according to the patients＇ efficacy and tolerance of the drug to adjust the dose of the drug,fluoxetine hydrochloride maximum dose per day was no more than 40mg,sertraline hydrochloride tablets maximum daily dose was no more than 100mg,re- spectively before treatment and in 1,2,4,6 ,and 8 weeks,the Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions scale（TESS） was used to assess the adverse reactions. Results The effective rate of control group was 88.10% ,the effective rate of treatment group was 90. 48 %, the difference had no statistically significant （χ2=0. 38, P〈 0.05）; HAMD score of treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group （t = 2.8,P〈 0.05）, after one week of treat- ment, in other periods had no statistically significant difference （t = 0. 3,0. 5,0. 2,0. 6,0.4; P〈 0. 05） ; adverse reactions of two groups of patients the difference had statistically significant（χ2= 7.46,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The sertraline hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of post-traumatic depression has a good effect,it is convenient,safe and be able to use in clinical practice.
