脂糖消颗粒治疗精神分裂症伴代谢综合征120例疗效观察

The Effect of Lipid Sugar Away Particles on 120 Patients with Schizophrenia with Metabolic Syndrome

目的观察脂糖消颗粒治疗代谢综合征临床疗效。方法把120例精神分裂症伴代谢综合征的患者随机分为两组治疗组和对照组,分别给予脂糖消颗粒和二甲双胍缓释片,连续用药3个月后,观察体重指数(BMI)、腰围、空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)以及血压水平的变化。结果脂糖消颗粒可显著降低气滞痰瘀型精神分裂症伴代谢综合征患者的症状,以改善空腹血糖和血脂的水平尤为显著(t=2.60,2.35;P<0.05)。结论脂糖消颗粒治疗该病,有一定的降血糖、减体重、降低甘油三酯及调节胆固醇的作用,并可控制高血压。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Lipid Sugar Away Particles on schizophrenia with metabolic syndrome. Methods A total of 120 schizophrenia patients with the metabolic syndrome were divided randomly into a treatment group and a control group,and treating the former group with Lipid sugar away particles and the latter with Metformin SR Tablets for three months. Then study the changes in body mass index （BMI）,waist circumference,fasting blood sugar（FBG）,triglycerides（TG） and blood pressure level. Results Lipid Sugar Away Particles could significantly reduce phlegm and blood stasis and the metabolic syn- drome in patients with schizophrenia,especially in improving the level of fasting blood sugar and blood fat particularly （t = 2.60, 2.35 ;P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In treating patients with schizophrenia with the metabolic syndrome,Lipid Sugar Away Particles can reduce blood sugar,weight,triglyceride and cholesterol,and control high blood pressure.
