摘要
目的探讨减轻教师群体压力的有效方法。方法抽取干预组和对照组教师各100名进行简易应对方式量表评定,对评定结果进行比较。对照组常规心理培训,干预组心理培训结合团体沙盘游戏训练。在干预前后分别进行量表评定,对评定结果进行比较。结果干预组与对照组在心理干预后,积极应对(t=2.48,P<0.01)、消极应对(t=1.67,P<0.01)两个维度的差异有显著性。结论团体沙盘游戏训练可促进教师采取积极的应对策略,有助于提高教师应对压力的能力。
Objective To explore the effective ways of relieving teachers' stress in school. Methods A total of 100 teachers were taken as intervention group and another 100 teachers were taken as control. Sandplay training was given to the intervention group in 3 days. The control group were given psychological speech as routine. All cases were investigated on their mental state by SCSQ before and after intervention. Results After psychological intervention,remarkable difference remained between the inter- vention group and only routine speech group on maturity defense methods,active dealing(t= 2.48,P〈0.01),passive dealing(t = 1.67,P〈0.01). Conclusion Sandplay training can help the teacher use the maturity defense methods to deal with their pressure.
