高职新生心理健康与幸福感相关性

Relationship between Mental Health and Well-being among Freshmen in Higher Vocation College

目的探讨高职新生心理健康与幸福感的相关,为高职院校心理健康教育提供理论依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和总体幸福感量表(GWB)对2631名高职新生进行问卷测查。结果高职新生SCL-90总均分为(1.39±0.36),GWB总分为(121.02±12.05);不同心理健康水平的高职新生幸福感有显著性差异(F=454.335,P<0.001),高职新生的总体幸福感得分与SCL-90总均分存在显著负相关(r=-0.602,P<0.01);抑郁、强迫症状、敌对、其他、焦虑、躯体化6个因子共解释幸福指数的37.5%变异。结论高职新生心理健康和幸福感总体水平较高;心理健康水平越高,幸福感越强;心理健康对幸福感有一定预测作用。

Objective To explore the relationship between mental health and well-being among freshmen in higher vocation col lege,and provide the theoretical basis for the psychological education in higher vocation college. Methods Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL--90）and General Well-being Schedule（GWB）were applied into conducting questionnaires among 2,631 freshmen in higher vocation college. Results The total score of SCL-90 among freshmen was （1.39 ± 0.36）,while,the total score of GWB was （121.02±2.05） ;There was a significant difference （F = 454. 335 ,P〈0. 001 ）in well-being among freshmen with the different levels of mental health. The general well-being among freshmen was associated with the total score of SCL-- 90 in a negative corre- lation（r=-0. 602 ,P〈0.01 ） ;There were six factors which were depression ,symptoms of obsession, hostility, anxiety ,somatization explaining 37.5% of the variance. Conclusion The general level of mental health and well-being are pretty high,The higher the level of mental health is,the stronger the well-being will be;The mental health has a forecast effect on well-being.
