海南医学生自杀意念的现况调查

The Cross-sectional Survey of Suicidal Intention in Medical Students in Hainan

目的了解海南医学生自杀意念的现状,为预防自杀提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,选取11个专业共696名海南医学院学生作为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、自杀意念调查表(SIOSS)进行调查。结果①海南医学生自杀意念发生率为15.4%。自杀意念率男性高于女性(χ2=7.161,P=0.006),非医学类高于医学类(χ2=6.004,P=0.014),家庭关系、健康状况、同学关系差的学生自杀意念发生率较高;②Logistic回归分析结果显示,性别和同学关系进入回归方程。结论自杀意念在海南医学生中的发生率较高,且自杀意念的产生是多种因素共同作用的结果。

Objective To understand the current status of suicidal intention in medical students in Hainan,and provide scientific evidence for the prevention of suicide. Methods A total of 696 medical students from 11 different majors were selected by multi- stage sampling method, Questionnaires of general status and self-rating idea of suicide scale（SIOSS）were used for students. Results ①The incidence of suicidal intention in medical students in Hainan was 15.4% and it was higher in males（χ2= 7. 161, P= 0. 006 ）. Non-clinical students had higher rate than clinical students（χ2= 6, 004,P= 0. 014）. The rate was higher in the students with worse family relationship,health status and friendship. ②Logistic regression analysis result showed sex and status of friendship entered the regression model. Conclusion The incidence of suicidal intention is relatively high in medical students in Hainan,and it is affected by multiple factors. Comprehensive measures should be taken to control the risks of suicidal intention.
