摘要
科技人力资源是重要的战略性人力资源,具有创新性与革命性,是科技知识的载体,对科技产业的发展与区域创新能力的提高有关键性作用。利用文献计量与共词分析法,对CAJD数据库检索到的514篇论文进行分析,对样本文献的年代分布、期刊来源、核心作者、基金资助、主题内容等相关情况进行梳理,提出未来发展的若干建议。
As the carrier of knowledge and being innovative and revolutionary,scientific and technological human resource is an important strategic human resource,which plays a key role in the development of science and technology industry and the enhancement of regional innovation ability. Using bibliometric analysis methods and Co-word analysis ,this paper analyses 514 related papers searched in China Academic Journaltext Database^CAJD~. Based on the of the time,journals, core authors, funds,subjects and contents of the sample literatures,it puts forward some suggestions for the future deveropment.
