电灼术联合Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗意外粉粒沉着病一例

Acase of accidental tattoos treated by electrocautery and Q-switched Nd:YAG laser

报道1例意外粉粒沉着病患者的治疗方法。患者为21岁男性,硅粉爆炸后致面部、颈部粉粒及色素沉着。经电灼术去除较大颗粒异物后,再以1064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗2次,激光治疗间隔3个月,取得较为满意的疗效。

A 21-year-old male patient got silica fume deposition in the skin of face and neck after explosive injury. After treated by electrocautery in order to remove the silica fume more than 0.5 mm in diameter, Nd：YAG laser （1064 nm） was used 2 times per 3 months. Satisfactory therapeutic effect was achieved.
