皮肤性病学计算机临床模拟诊治系统在皮肤科教学中的应用

Application of virtual clinical diagnosis and treatment system software on dermatology study

皮肤性病学是一门病种繁多、临床表现及组织病理学改变繁冗复杂的专业学科。按照传统的教学模式让学生掌握本学科的专业知识显得相对枯燥与乏味。该研究组通过开发皮肤性病学临床模拟诊治系统的教学软件,使学生在传统的教学模式之余可直接参与临床病例的分析与判断,通过问题导向式教学(PBL)对皮肤病与性病的学习印象更加深刻,大大提高了学生的学习兴趣,并牢固理解和掌握专业知识,提高了学生的最后结业成绩。

Dermatology and venereology is a subject which has lots of diseases, complicated clinical manifestation and pathology. It is relatively dull for the medical students to be taught with traditional study mode. According to the principle of problem-based learning（PBL）, we invented a set of dermatology clinical virtual software to mimic clinical process of diagnosis and treatment, which could make students directly take part in the clinical analysis besides the traditional lessons. The results showed this set of software could enhance student＇s interests, improve their professional knowledge and the final exam scores.
