Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation of Land Consolidation Based on Projection Pursuit Model Optimized by Particle Swarm Optimization

摘要 土地整治综合效益评价对指导土地整治项目、完善土地整治理论具有重要的意义。研究引入了基于粒子群优化投影寻踪的评价方法和模型,从经济、社会和生态效益三个方面选取12个指标构建土地整治综合效益评价指标体系和模型,并以河北省太行山山前平原农村土地整治示范区的保定市项目进行实证研究。结果表明保定市区域内土地整治综合效益差异较为显著,并将整治区按照综合效益的高低分为三级:一级为曲阳县;二级为顺平县、唐县;三级为望都县、定州县、清苑县。粒子群优化的投影寻踪评价模型避免权重确定的主观任意性以及不同空间尺度上局限性,评价结果与原始数据所反映的特征相符,为土地整治综合效益评价提供科学的评价标准和定量依据。 It is of great importance to make use of the evaluation of the land eonsolidation's comprehensive benefit to direct and improve its projects and theory. 12 indexs from economic, social and ecological environment benefits aim to construct the evaluation system and model, by particle swarm optimization algorithm. The empirical study of Baoding Project is conducted in demonstration plot in front of Taihang that there exists significant differences between different area' Mountains, plain rural of Hebei province. It indicates land consolidation' comprehensive benefit in Baoding, and the improvement areas are divided into three-levels according to its comprehensive benefit: the first level includes Quyang. The second level includes Shunping, Tang and the third level includes Wangdu, Dingzhou, Qingyuan. Particle swarm optimization algorithm provides scientific evaluation standard and quantitative basis for the evaluation of the land consolidation'comprehensive benefit, meanwhile avoids the subjective randomicity of weightness and the boundedness of space, and its evaluation results conform to the characteristics reflected by original data.
