摘要 我国电力工业正处在网厂分开、竞价上网、开放电力市场的前夕 ,在电力市场中如何确定电价和实施管理成为牵动全局 ,事关发电、用户、输电各方利益的重大问题。本文将投标竞价原则引入电力市场 ,建立了一种改进的投标竞价数学模型 ,用遗传算法和网络流法进行优化。对 1 2节点系统作仿真 ,其结果与文献 [3 ]完全一致 ,且收敛性能好 。 The power industry of China is going to establish a market based operational system which features separation of generation and transmission, auction before supplying and open access. The problem of pricing and management involve interest of all sides, including generation, transmission and customers. Based on sealed bid auction principle, the method presented in this paper allows customers to make arbitrary choice of generation and transmission suppliers, which forms an improved sealed bid auction model. The distribution is optimized by Genetic Algorithm and Network Flow. Simulation of 12 bus system suggests its correspondence with reference [3] and better convergence as well as flexible scheme choices.
