目的 采用夹心法建立一种发光免疫分析方法 ,用于检测人白细胞介素 - 2 (h IL - 2 )。方法 根据样品中的发光值 ,用内插法在标准曲线上查得相应的 h IL - 2的浓度。结果 发光免疫分析法的灵敏度为 15 ng/ L。批内和批间误差分别小于9%和 10 %。结论 此方法能快速、稳定、灵敏、特异地检出血浆、体液和细胞培养液中的 h IL -

Objective To develop a chemiluminescent (CL) enzyme immunoassay method for determining hIL 2 by means of the “sandwich type”and luminol H 2O 2 HRP chemiluminescent reaction.Methods From the CL values of samples,the concentration of hIL 2 can be determined by interpolation with the standaed curve.Results The sensitivity of the method is 15 pg/ml.Intra assay variation was <95% and inter assay variation was <10%.Conclusion This method could be used to rapidly,stably,sensitively and speciffcally determine the concentration of hIL 2 in plasma,body fluid and cell culture supernatant.
