This article aims at objectively elaborating China's foreign policy towards Africa,putting more emphasis on China's growing global responsibility.The author points out that China has never denied the fact that it is in pursuit of its own strategic interests in Africa.However,China's aspiration to advance South-South cooperationand to achieve the renaissance of Asia and Africa has remained one of the most outstanding features of China's Africa policy from the outset.In terms of values,the principle of equality and the idea of mutual benefit and win-win results in China-Africa relations pose powerful challenges to the international rules dominated by Western countries.Moreover,the South-South spirit of the China-Africa cooperation comprises an important motivation for the development of the developing countries.While from the perspective of diplomatic practice,an all-around Sino-Africa cooperation promotes the economic revival,peace and stability of African countries,and,the South-South cooperation between China and African countries also accelerates the changes and transition of the international order.
