摘要
目的 探讨睾丸扭转复位后睾丸组织 NO产生及其变化与睾丸生精功能损伤的关系。方法 用 SD大鼠建立左睾丸扭转复位动物模型 ,复位后用分光光度法分别检测左睾丸组织总抗氧化能力、NO含量和一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)活性变化与睾丸病理改变的关系。结果 睾丸复位后病理损伤明显 ,复位后总抗氧化能力极显著下降 (P<0 .0 1)。NO含量和 NOS活性极显著升高 (P<0 .0 1) ,且两者呈正相关 (rs=0 .85 7)。结论 复位后睾丸组织总抗氧化能力下降、NOS活性升高所致 NO过量产生 ,是造成睾丸扭转复位后病理改变。
Objective To investigate the production of nitric oxide(NO) in testis following torsing/detorsing testes and its change relation with the functional injury of testes.Methods The model of left torsing-detorsing testes were established in SD male rats.After operation,the changes in NO,nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity and total antioxygen capacity in left testis were determined by using spectrophotometric method and their relation with the pathological changes in testis was studied.Results Torsion/detorsion induced a time-dependent pathological damage to ipsilateral testis.After detorsing,average NO and NOS activity was increased significantly (P<0 01),both of them showed a positive correlation (rs=0.857).The total antioxygen capacity was decreased significantly (P<0 01).Conclusion The increase of NO induced by the decrease of total antioxygen capacity and elevation of NOS activity plays a role in pathological damage of testicular torsion.
