The Application of Markov Model in Health Technology Assessment

摘要 卫生经济学评估作为卫生技术评估的重要组成部分在循证决策中广泛地被应用,马可夫模型作为一种多状态模型越来越多地在国内外研究中使用。文章通过对马可夫模型原理和计算方法的阐述,分别讨论三种马可夫模型的计算方法的特点,并为今后卫生经济学评价研究者提供方法学指导和建议。 Health economic evaluation working as the important part of health technology assessment has been widely used in evidence based on decision making, and multi-states Markov model in particular has been dramatically implemented both domestically and internationally. It aims at discussing 3 ways of Markov model calculation methods, through the introduction of the rationale and calculation methodology of Markov model, and provides guidelines and suggestions for future researchers on health economic evaluations.
