摘要
软基监测技术是高等级公路路基施工过程中需要研究的主要问题之一,目前采用传统监测仪器存在自动化程度及仪器可靠性低、数据不及时、测量误差大等问题。本文结合德昌高速公路D10标段软基沉降监测的工程实例,探讨了光纤光栅位移传感器应用于高等级公路软基沉降监测中埋设工艺这一关键技术难题,并通过光纤光栅位移传感器监测数据与传统传感器监测数据比较,证实了文中介绍的埋设方法的可靠性,为实现软基沉降数据的实时、在线、连续监测,推动光纤传感技术在软基沉降监测领域的发展有重要意义。
Soft base monitoIing technology is one of the main problems needed to research on the construction process of high grade highway roadbed. The traditional monitoring instruments have some problems, such as automation and instrument reliability are low, data is not timely, measurement error is big and so on. Based on the soft foundation in Dechang Expressway D10 standard settlement monitoring the actual project cases, the burying key technology of the optical fiber grating displacement sensor used in soft foundation settlement of highway monitoring is studied. Through the comparison the monitoring data of fiber Bragg grating displacement sensor and the traditional sensor monitoring data, the reliability of embedded method introduced in the paper is confirmed. It has important significance for promoting the development of optical fiber sensing technology in the field of soft foundation settlement monitoring for the realization of soft foundation settlement data real-time, on-line, continuous monitoring.
