摘要
利用现场检测结果,结合新增电梯井筒、楼板叠合层等加固方案,按照改造为会所后的功能要求,对某办公楼完成结构鉴定,提出了加固方案。经过加固处理后,该办公楼可以增设电梯,也可以增设水箱等设备,建筑用途可完全适用为会所的需要。结构鉴定与加固方案制订时重点考虑的问题包括:鉴定依据、加气混凝土砌块自重、施工荷载、楼板的计算方法、加固方案、碳化深度及结构检测、鉴定、设计和施工之间的关系。
Based on field test results, combined with the reinforcement scheme of new elevator shaft, laminated floor, in accordance with the function for the club requirements, the structure identification of an office building is completed, the reinforcement scheme is proposed. Through the strengthening treatment, the office building elevator, water tank and other equipment can be added, and the building function can be changed as the Club. The key points of the structure identification and strengthening include: identification basis, self-weight of aerated concrete block, construction loads, calculation method, slab reinforcement scheme, carbonation depth, the retations of structure detection, identification, design and construction.
