弧形幕墙玻璃自爆和雨水渗漏的分析与处理 被引量:1

摘要 为了减少弧形点支式玻璃幕墙出现玻璃自爆和雨水渗漏现象,以免影响建筑物的使用,采用观察分析法,对弧形幕墙玻璃自爆率偏高和弧形玻璃幕墙发生雨水渗漏的现象进行了分析。正确实施球铰夹持弧形玻璃的安装工艺,避免玻璃"强迫就位",从而消除附加的安装应力,减少弧形玻璃自爆;在梅花形爪件周围补注密封胶,切断胶缝中存在的贯通空腔,从而切断纵横胶缝中的水流通道,并在前后夹板周边注胶形成三道防水措施。结果表明:处理措施达到理想的效果,可为类似工程提供参考。 For the building of curved glass curtain wall, the glass self-explosion and rainwater leakage phenomenon should be avoided. The high self-explosion rate of curved glass curtain wall and rainwater leakage phenomenon existed in the curved glass curtain wall is analyzed by the observation-analysis method. The installation workmanship of halfsphere hinge joints clamp curved glass is correctly carried out to avoid mandatory installation of glass, eliminate additional installation stress, reduce self-explosion rate of curved glass. Sealing glue is poured around the plum blossom-shaped components to cut off the thorough hollows existed in the glue lines and thorough fares of rainwater. Meanwhile, sealing glue is poured along boards for holding glasses in two sides to form three layer waterproof measures. The result shows that the measures have achieved sound results that can provide reference for similar engineering.
