摘要
为达到人才培养规格与企业用人岗位要求对接的目的,基于模拟公司工作情境,浙江商业职业技术学院对物流管理专业综合实训教学进行改革:基于模拟公司工作情境,以实际工作为驱动,以职业岗位应具备的工作职责为主线,设计开发高职物流校内综合实训教学项目,开展物流综合实训课程。
In order to achieve the purpose of docking personnel training specifications with enterprises＇ employing require ments,the teaching reform of Logistics Management Comprehensive Training of Zhejiang Business Vocational and Techni cal College was started based on the working situation of simulated company.The specific measures are regarding the practical work as the driving force,the work tasks required by vocational post as the main line to design and develop the intramural teaching projects for logistics comprehensive training of higher vocational schools and carry out the logistics comprehensive training course.
