摘要
高职院校教学部门绩效管理存在对绩效管理认识有偏差、绩效考核指标体系设置不科学、绩效考核方法和结果不理想等问题,这直接影响着高职院校办学质量的提高。高职院校应采用先进的业绩评价方法体系,从客户、内部流程、学习与成长、财务四个维度建立教学部门绩效管理指标体系,并推进二级管理体制改革;加强组织领导,重视培训与沟通;指标设定要动态合理,积极推进数字化校园建设。
Some problems exist in the performance management of the teaching department in higher vocational schools,such as misreading the performance management,the unscientific setting of performance assessment indictor system,and the unsatisfactory method and consequence of performance assessment,which directly affect the improvement of education quality of higher vocational schools.In view of this,it is necessary for higher vocational schools to adopt the advanced performance evaluation system,establish the performance management indictor system for teaching department from custom ers,internal procedures,learning and growing,and financing four dimensions,and promote the reform of the second ary-level management system of higher vocational schools meanwhile;to strengthen the organization and leadership,empha size the training and communication;and to ensure the dynamic and reasonable indicator setting and actively promote the construction of digital campus culture.
