摘要
转型发展的形势下,小微企业除了需要承受产品升级、项目开发、市场拓展、借资融资等传统压力外,更要面对技术人员匮乏、研发力量不足等现实难题。高职院校虽有专业齐全、数量众多的专业师资,却也面临着工程经验不足、知识技能更新缺乏平台等困难。校企合作能使二者扬长避短,有效实现"双赢"。架构高职教师工程能力模型,依托小微企业培养教师工程能力,可采取建立访问工程师制度、参与企业技术攻关、校企共建"企业学院""、技术入股""、担任企业发展顾问"等路径实现。
Under the context of transformation and development,the small and micro enterprises not only undertake the traditional pressure including production upgrading,project development,market extension and financing,but also confront with some realistic difficulties,such as the shortage of technicians as well as research and developing staff.Although hav ing specialty-complete and numerous professional teachers,higher vocational schools still faced much difficulties,such as the shortage of engineering experience,the deficiency of platform for updating of knowledge and skills,etc.Launching school-enterprise cooperation can achieve the"win-win"effect.Constructing the engineering ability model for higher voca tional school teachers and cultivating teachers' engineering abilities relying on small and micro enterprises can be achieved by establishing visiting engineer system,participating in the enterprises' technology research and development,jointly establishing "enterprise-type college" by schools and enterprises,allowing "technology investment" and "taking charge of enterprise development consultant".
