摘要
美国在先前学习成果认证方面发展相对成熟,其先前学习成果与远程大学学分的转化路径主要有挑战考试、建立学力档案、企业培训项目、专业证书和军事培训项目。这些路径既能满足美国成人接受高等教育的需求,又能节省时间、费用,还能使他们获得自我提升的机会。其对我国成人教育的启示是:建立成人教育机构之间的学分转化体系,鼓励普通高校开设优质的远程学位教育,颁布相关政策法规,规范成人教育与普通高等教育衔接的管理。
America has established a relatively mature system in the credit certification.The transformation pathways for prior learning outcomes mainly include Challenge Exams,Academic Portfolio,Corporate Training Programs,Professional Li censes and Credentials,and Military Training Programs,which not only satisfy American adults' demand for higher educa tion,but also retrench their time and cost and increase their opportunities for improvement.Combing with the situation of adult education in China,it is necessary to establish the credit transformation system among adult education institutions,encourage regular higher institutions to set up the online degree education,and issue sets of relevant policies and regula tions to standard the administration of linkage between adult education and regular higher education.
