资本是市场经济的血液,它在循环流转的过程中不断成长、更新和提升结构。市场经济中形成了保证资本顺利循环流转的机制:优胜劣汰的机制、资本形态转换的机制、等价交换的机制是其中比较重要的三种机制。在三种机制之间彼此互为条件,互相约束。在三种机制正常发挥作用的情况下,资本的总量扩张和质量提高并行不悖;其功能被抑制时则表现为资本流转梗阻,外化为经济发展中的各种症状。我国经济中的通货膨胀、创新不足和产业结构升级缓慢正是资本运动中三种机制受到抑制的结果。

Capital is the blood of market economy. It grows, updates and restructures in the process of circulation, of growing, update and upgrade the structure. The market economy forms mechanism to ensure the smooth circulation of capital, which mainly includes the mechanism of survival of the fittest, exchange of capital form mechanism and equivalent conversion mechanism. The three mechanisms share reciprocal conditions and mutual constraints. In the normal function of the three mechanisms, the capital total expansion and quality run parallel. When their func- tions are inhibited the performance of capital circulation will be obstructed and various symptoms will show up in the economic development. The inflation, lack of innovation and slow industrial structure upgrading in China is the result of the suppression of the three mechanisms.
