六味地黄丸对糖尿病肾阴虚证患者血清脂联素和高敏C反应蛋白的影响

Effects of Liuwei Dihuang Pill on Serum Adiponectin and High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein in Diabetic Patients with Kidney Yin Deficiency Pattern

目的探讨六味地黄丸治疗2型糖尿病肾阴虚证患者的作用机理。方法将133例2型糖尿病肾阴虚证患者随机分为治疗组(91例)和对照组(42例),对照组给予基础治疗(饮食体重控制、加强运动、口服降糖药物),治疗组在基础治疗同时加服六味地黄丸(每次10粒,每日3次),疗程为12周,测定两组患者治疗前后血清脂联素、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂、肾功能的变化。结果与治疗前比较,对照组治疗后HbA1c、FBG及甘油三酯(TG)明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组治疗后hs-CRP、血肌酐(SCr)、HbA1c、FBG、TG及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)明显下降,脂联素明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后治疗组较对照组hs-CRP、HbA1c、FBG及TG明显下降、脂联素明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六味地黄丸能明显升高2型糖尿病肾阴虚证患者血清脂联素水平,降低hs-CRP、FBG、TG及LDL-C的水平。

Objective To explore the action mechanism of Liuwei Dihuang Pill （Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Pill） for type 2 diabetic patients with kidney yin deficiency pattern. Methods Totally 133 type 2 diabetic patients with kidney yin deficiency pattern were randomized into the treatment group of 91 cases and control group of 42 cases. Both groups were given basic treatment including diet control, body weight control, exercise and oral hypoglycemie drugs. The treatment group was added with Liuwei Dihuang Pill, 10 pills once and 3 times daily for 12 weeks. The levels of adiponectin, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP）, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, HbAlc, triglyceride （TG）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） and serum creatinine （SCr） were detected before and after treatment. Results The level of HbAlc, FBG and TG was significantly decreased in the control group after treatment （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The level of hs-CRP, SCr, HbAlc, FBG, TG and LDL-C were significantly decreased but adiponectin was significantly increased in the treatment group after treatment （P-Q0.05 or P%0.01）. Comparing with the control group, the level of hs-CRP, HbAlc, FBG and TG was significantly decreased but adiponectin was significantly increased in the treatment group after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang Pill can obviously increase the levels of serum adiponectin and reduce the levels of hs-CRP, FBG, TG and LDL-C in diabetic patients with kidney yin deficiency pattern.
