谈一种基于SVM图书标签号的识别方法
An Identification Method for the Book Tab Based on SVM
摘要
本文针对图书标签号识别问题,提出了一种基于SVM快速高效的识别方法。
This paper presents a fast and effective identification method for the hooks tab airing at tb, e recognitiou of he, ok tab number based on SVM.
