摘要
现有的有关企业升级的理论文献表明,企业升级过程实质上是企业向产业链的高附加值环节延伸的过程。作者通过文献回顾和案例研究,探讨产业链延伸与企业升级的关系,提炼出基于产业链延伸的企业升级策略,主要包括产品技术积累、技术跨越(战略联盟、产学研合作和并购)、扩展营销渠道、开发新领域的产品和客户。基于产业链延伸的企业升级策略能促进企业能力的增强与产品附加值的提高,最终达到企业升级的效果。
Extant studies on enterprise upgrading suggest that enterprise upgrading is essentially a process in which enterprises extend to higher value-added segments of industrial chains. By literature review and case study, we explore the relationship between industrial chain extension and enterprise upgrading, and propose some strate gies for enterprise upgrading based on industrial chain extension. The major strategies include product technol ogy accumulation, technological leap-strategic alliances, research cooperation, mergers and acquisitions, with expanding marketing channels and developing products and customers in new areas. These upgrading strategies based on industrial chain extension can facilitate enterprises to enhance their capabilities and increase their vu lue- added products, and ultimately achieve upgrading.
