摘要
采用以商品化的钛酸锂为原料加入固态碳氮源进行碳氮包覆。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、循环伏安(CV)和恒电流充放电测试分析研究了材料的结构、形貌和电化学性能。结果表明:经过物相分析,碳氮包覆没有改变纯相Li4Ti5O12的晶体结构,碳氮均匀分布在Li4Ti5O12的表面;经过电化学测试,其中LTCN4的倍率性能最好,在0.5、1、2和5的放电比容量分别为165.5、160.8、146.9和101.5 mAh/g,经过100次循环后,LTCN4在2、5下分别从147.6、102.5 mAh/g降到144.1、101.5 mAh/g,容量保持率分别为98%、99%。
Li4Ti5O12 coated with C and N used commercial Li4Ti5O12 as the raw materials by adding solid-state C and N sources. The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, cyclic voltammetry and constant current charge and discharge to analyze the structure, morphology and electrochemical performance of the samples. The results show that, after phase analysis, Li4Ti5O12 coated with C and N does not change the crystal structure of pure phaseLi4Ti5O12 ; after electrochemical testing, LTCN4 has a good electrochemical performance, when charge and discharge at 0.5 C, 1 C, 2 C and 5 C, the discharge specific capacity is 165.5, 160.8, 146.9 and 101.5 mAh/g, respectively, after 100 cycles, the discharge specific capacity at 2 C and 5 C from 147.6 and 102.5 mAh/g to144.1 and 101.5 mAh/g, the capacity retention rate is 98% and 99%, respectively.
