电信级温差电致冷组件老化筛选实验方法 被引量:1

摘要 以Bellcore标准为依托,结合温差电致冷组件的特性,设计了电信级温差电致冷组件老化筛选实验方法。以典型型号温差电致冷组件为样品,进行实验方法的验证分析,通过测试、分析实验样品的热电性能,并与未通过老化筛选的组件同时进行模拟工作实验,发现该方法能有效地、可靠地筛选出电信级温差电致冷组件。 Based on Bellcore standards and combined with the features of thermoelectric cooling module,the aging and screening test method was designed for the telecommunication level thermoelectric cooling module. The samples were chosen with the typical model in the thermoelectric cooling modules for verifying the validity of this algorithm. Then the simulation working experiment was conducted by both of the modules which have been carried through the aging and screening test method and have not. By the analysis of their thermoelectric properties, the result was found that this method can effectively and reliably selected telecommunication level thermoelectric cooling modules.
