摘要
电源控制器是卫星一次电源子系统的关键设备,主要功能是为卫星提供一条100 V全调节的稳定母线。针对高轨高压大功率的特点,电源控制器的设计在继承现有成熟技术的同时,完成了100 V高精度母线全调节技术、产品轻量化、模块化工艺技术、锂离子电池的充电管理技术、在轨自主管理等关键技术的攻关,成功研制出了高轨用电源控制器,满足了工程需要。
Power conditioning unit (PCU) is the key equipment of primary power source system. Its main function is to provide steady 100 V bus voltage. According to the high-orbit, high-voltage and high-power features of satellite, Inheriting available ripe technology, PCU was designed with high-accuracy full-regulation 100 V bus voltage, which reduced the product weight, and realized the modularization technology, Li-on battery charge management, and on-orbit self-management. Finally, the developed high-orbit PCU can meet the requirements of projects.
