摘要
根据目前开关电源控制器的特点,设计了以CPLD/FPGA为核心的电源控制器,可以实现通用脉宽调制控制(PWM)方式、移相控制方式、非对等桥臂控制方式、直流脉冲方式、直流等多种控制方式。在移相控制方式中,针对移相控制的特点,设计了前后桥臂死区时间独立设置。阐述了各模块的功能及设计思路,以及各模块之间的协调关系。经过对各模块功能、时序仿真,逻辑综合及优化,RTL级功能验证,并对资源利用率进行了分析,在实际的电路中进行验证,满足设计要求,控制精度高,控制方式灵活,稳定性高。
According to the characteristics of the current TIG welding power supply, the power supply controller with CPLD/FPGA as the core was designed. This controller could be used for the style of common pulse width modulation control, phase-shift control, non-reciprocal bridge control, DC pulse, and DC. For the characteristics of phase-shift control, the independent set of dead band time for the before and after bridges was designed. The function of each module and design ideas, and coordination between the various modules were described. After functional simulation and timing simulation for each module, logic synthesis and optimization and RTL functional verification, the resource utilization rate was analyzed, and the function of controller was validated in the actual circuit. The controller meets the design requirements, and has high control precision, control flexibility, and high stability.
