摘要
助航灯光使用的恒流源具有恒值、时变控制系统、功率大的特点,分析了助航灯光调光器作为被控对象的特点,探讨了设计控制器各种影响因素及特点要求。分析了传统PID以及分区设定PID控制参数在助航灯光调光器控制中的缺陷,给出了神经元PID控制器的原理及具体结构,并改进了神经元算法使其能够在线修正神经元PID中的比例系数,克服了传统PID的参数整定缺陷。该控制器控制性能优越,实时性强,符合国际、国内对该控制器的技术指标要求。
CCR(constant current regulator) is a constant value, time-varying control system. The characteristics of the controlled object (CCR) were analyzed, and the factor and characteristics of the design controller were discussed. The defects of the traditional PID and the partition set control parameters in the controlled object were analyzed, the principle of neuron PID controller and its concrete structure was given, the neuron PID algorithm was improved, which could online correct neuron PID coefficient, and overcome shortcomings of traditional PID. The control performance of the controller is superior,real-time, and complies with international and national technical parameters.
