摘要
通信网络是数字化变电站的中枢神经,其性能极大影响到电力系统的安全性和可靠性。按照IEC 61850标准,利用实时数字仿真器创建了数字化变电站通信网络仿真平台中的合并单元和智能开关终端。同时,针对某220 kV变电站主接线,设计了一个由模拟的智能化一次设备、保护设备、交换机构成的通信网络仿真平台,并给出了测试网络性能的具体方法。实验结果表明,模拟的智能化一次设备能及时发送电磁暂态实时数据和正确接受二次设备实际数据,为真实通信网络的选择提供强有力的技术支持。
The communication network is a main component of digital substation; its performance has a great influence on the security and reliability of power system. Considering IEC,61850, by real time digital simulator (RTDS), the merging units and intelligent switches in the digital substation communication network simulation platform were established. Meanwhile, according to the main wire in 220 kV substation, the simulation platform composed by simulated intelligent primary equipments, protection equipments and switches was designed, and the concrete method of network performance test was proposed. The result of experiment shows that, the simulated intelligent primary equipments can promptly send electromagnetic transient real-time data and correctly receive secondary equipments actual data, which provides the theoretical support for the selection of real communication network.
