高频感应加热电源新逆变器拓扑结构研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了实现感应加热电源的高频化、高效率化及高功率输出能力,提出了以MOSFET作为开关的T型并联谐振逆变器电路拓扑结构。它能够输出理想的正弦电压波形,开关元件工作在ZVS软开关状态,降低了开关损耗,使工作频率和效率得以提高。逆变器的ZVS工作状态不受负载的影响,且工作状态稳定、易控制。详述了电路的构成及工作原理,研究和分析了电流、电压的关系,给出了实验结果。 In order to achieve the high frequency, high efficiency and high power output capacity of induction-heating, a type-T parallel resonant inverter circuit topology with MOSFET as the switch was put forward. It could output the ideal sinusoidal voltage waveform. The switching device operating in ZVS soft-switching condition reduced the switching losses, improving the operating frequency and efficiency. The ZVS working state of inverter was not influenced by load, stable and easy to control. Then it gave the detailed statement of the structure and the working principle of the circuit. At last, the experimental results were given by doing researches and the analysis on the relationship of current and voltage.
