摘要 以高频感应加热电源为研究对象,针对传统感应加热电源控制系统的不足,设计开发了一种基于信号处理器(DSP)的感应加热电源能量监控系统。本设计构建了以TMS320F2407为控制核心的硬件控制平台,包括了采样电路、保护电路、相位补偿电路、键盘显示电路等外围电路。经测试,整个系统较之以往在设备的可靠性和自动化水平方面得到了提高,将实时处理能力和控制外设功能集于一身,既提高了工作效率又节省大量的人力物力。 With the high frequency induction heating power as research objects and for the deficiencies of the conventional induction heating power supply control system, an induction heating power supply energy monitoring system based on the DSP was designed and developed. The hardware control system based on TMS320F2407 was designed, including sampling circuit, protective circuit, phase-compensated circuit, keyboard&display circuit and so on. After tests, the reliability and automation level of the entire system was increased comparing with the conventional equipments. Integrating the real-time processing ability with control peripheral functions, the system not only improve the work efficiency, but also saves a lot of manpower and resources.
