宽带微波限幅器模块的研究

Research of Wide-band Microwave Limiter Module

采用微波混合集成电路设计方法，用二只并联 ＰＩＮ二极管芯片和一只检波二极管芯片，在很小的腔体内制作了微波限幅器模块。其电参数为：频率范围 ｆ＝１．０～５．０ＧＨｚ，插入损耗ＩＬ≤０．４３ｄＢ，输入输出电压驻波比ＶＳｗＲ≤１．５，漏功率Ｐｌｉｍ≤１．８ｍＷ（输入功率为连续波１Ｗ时）。

The microwave limiter modules have been designed and fabricated with hybrid integrated circuit in a small size, it has been fabricated with two PIN diode chips and a single detector diode chip. It's electronic characteristics are: the frequency range 1 - 5GHz, the insertion loss≤0. 43dB,the VSWR≤1. 5, the leakage power Plim≤1. 8mW (input power is 1W).
