摘要
目前大多数高等院校、职业技术类院校都有工程实训环节,而现行的工程实训体系大都是各工种独立进行的模式,这不利于培养学生系统的工程实践能力及全局意识,针对此现状,提出了基于项目的工程实训模式。结合目前各高校工程实训的工种类型,研制了一套基于四轴联动数控雕铣机的机电一体化实训平台,根据该项目内容分设了多个实训模块,通过整个过程的锻炼,学生们可以初步了解企业的管理理念和运营模式,明确各工种在实际研发、生产过程中的应用范围,并能够熟练掌握各工种的注意事项和操作技巧,从而达到当前对工科院校培养应用型和创新性人才的要求。
Most universities and technical schools have engineering practice,while the internship types are almost independent now.It is disadvantageous to cultivate the systematic engineering ability and global consciousness.Aiming at this issue,the engineering practice based on projects mode was proposed.A kind of electromechanical integration training platform based on the CNC engraving and milling machine with four-axis linkage was designed according to the practice types.This project includes multiple trial modules.After practice,the students can elementarily understand the management policy and operations model,definite the application scopes of each internship type,and master expertly the matters needing attention and operative skills.Therefore,the request for training applied and creative talents can be realized.
