摘要
针对工业产品结构特点,提出一种基于Quest3D的虚拟装配实现方法。利用UG NX软件自顶向下进行了发动机整机设计,探讨了不同软件平台之间数据格式转换问题,在DE中完成了模型转换,导入到Quest3D中,构建逼真的虚拟场景,通过键盘,GUI和5DT数据手套完成了发动机虚拟拆装。
According to the structure characteristics of industrial product,a method for virtual assembly based on Qeust3D is proposed.Entire engine design based on top-down method is finished in UG NX software,the data format transformation between different software platforms is analyzed,then the model transformation is performed in DE.After importing the transformed model into Quest3D,real virtual scene is built.At the same time,assembly and disassembly of the engine can be carried out by using the keyboard,GUI and 5DT data glove.
