客车座椅造型快速设计研究

Research on rapid design of seat modeling of passenger vehicle

为应对产品多样化、瞬变性的市场需求,缩短设计周期和提高设计成功率,通过对快速设计理论中模块化技术的研究,以客车乘客座椅造型设计为例,结合用户需求、人机尺寸、产品结构、色彩及材质等设计约束条件的分析,提出了基于同一产品平台的系列产品快速造型设计方法,并给出了相关的造型设计案例,为提升产品造型设计效率,提高企业设计开发质量提供参考和借鉴。

In order to adapt the market demant of diversification and transient nature,shorten the design cycle and improve design success rate,based on the research to modular technology of rapid design theory,combined with the analysis on design constraint conditions such as customer demand,human-machine size,product structure,color and material,a rapid modeling design method for series products based on the same product platform is put forward by taking the seat modeling design of passenger vehicle as an example.At the same time,the relevant design cases is shown in the paper which provides reference for enhancing the efficiency of product modeling and improving product quality.
