摘要
信息化产品给人们生活带来了诸多便利,但也加剧了短暂化消费、产品焦虑等问题。通过分析人们在当前生活中的产品使用困惑,从服务性心理反思了消费需求与设计变化,归纳了设计从功能走向服务的发展趋势,并以Nike运动社区为典型设计案例进行论证。
Information products bring people much convenience; however,they also exacerbate the problems of temporary consumption and product anxiety.By analyzing the confusion in the product usage,the consumption demand and the change of design are reflected from the view of service psychology.The developing trend of design from function to service is summarized and the demonstration is performed bv taking the Nike sports community as a typical example.
